Neuroscience has proven that when your environment is in chaos you will feel stress, you can't help it, that's the way your brain works.
So, how do you relieve the stress of the physical world around you without feeling drained? The answer is understanding your clutter personality and making simple, doable steps toward reframing your habits. No sweat!

This Clear Space to Free Your Mind - 5-Day Challenge - is designed to help you focus and clear areas in your life and space that inhibit a great start to the year.
Whenever I do a challenge, I try to make each day interesting, simple to do and transformational. Usually mid-week, we take a bit of a break to absorb what we've learned and changed in our environment.
Here's how the week looks:
The goal of this week is to help you travel through FIVE simple days to make BIG progress in your space. As we embark on clearing clutter, we also explore the LifeSpace Mirror, so that you can see your space in a new light causing deeper motivation for decluttering as a habit.

On our first day, you will receive the DeCluttering Kit - a handy tool to map your week for success. Plus, Visioning for 2021, your Learning Styles and Mindfulness Practices.

On our second day we move into a reflection of WHY you hang onto stuff and seeing and releasing old beliefs so you can reframe and release.

On day 3, we experience the feelings of the release and the spaciousness that you now feel to open to the new. Acceptance is key and relaxing in the middle of the week is appropriate.

We've crossed through hump day and our job now is to continue to clear and experience the freedom in your mind.

On our final day, we bring it all together and learn the power of aligning your space to your life's intent.
Each day is designed to:

- Support you in the process of clearing mental, emotional and physical clutter
